Clinical Supervision Consultation This consultation is an opportunity for us to connect and explore whether my supervision approach is a good fit for where you are in your development as a clinician. We’ll talk about your professional background, where you are in the licensure process, what you are looking for in a supervisor, and the areas in which you would like more guidance, structure, challenge, or support. You’ll also have space to ask questions about my supervision style, expectations, availability, fees, and what working together may look like. Through The Rooted & Reflective Clinician™, my approach to supervision is structured, collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in ethical and reflective practice. I value creating a space where emerging clinicians can strengthen their clinical judgment, explore challenging cases, receive meaningful feedback, and develop greater confidence in their own professional identity. This consultation is not a commitment to begin supervision. It is a conversation designed to help both of us determine whether the supervision relationship feels aligned with your needs and professional goals.
