Being a human is complex and there are many experiences, feelings, thoughts, relationships, and beliefs that contribute to that complexity.

An action or belief in one area of your life may affect your behavior in another area of your life. Understanding these underlying connections can support a healthier relationship with yourself, others, and the world around you.
