Decolonizing Mental Health: A Framework for Ethical, Reflective & Culturally Responsive Practice is an interactive 90-minute professional development workshop introducing The SACRED Framework™, a practice-ready model for applying culturally responsive principles across clinical, supervisory, educational, and organizational settings.
Through guided reflection and a practical case activity, participants will examine how culture, power, professional assumptions, and systemic context can influence professional practice. The workshop offers a structured approach for translating reflection into thoughtful, ethical, and accountable action.
