A safer space to talk about sex, intimacy, desire, connection, sexual wellness, shame, body connection, sexual communication, or the impact of trauma on sexuality. This complimentary 15-minute consultation gives us an opportunity to discuss what you're looking for and whether sex therapy with me may be a good fit. You may be seeking support with concerns related to desire differences, intimacy, sexual confidence, communication, pleasure, shame, sexual identity, relationship transitions, or simply wanting a healthier and more fulfilling relationship with your sexuality. My approach to sex therapy is sex-positive, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, holistic, and grounded in respect for your autonomy, identities, values, relationships, and lived experience. This consultation is not therapy itself, but an opportunity to begin the conversation, ask questions about the process, and explore whether working together feels aligned.
